Atul Rajwadkar

actively collaborating with financial institutions to facilitate the efficient disposal of stressed
assets. With a wealth of experience exceeding 20+ years in the realms of Stressed Assets,
Banking, and Finance; Atul has demonstrated his proficiency in infrastructure financing,
credit risk assessment, restructuring, and successful execution of numerous distressed
asset transactions. Atul has played a pivotal role in the turnaround of companies grappling
with financial challenges. Atul holds the distinguished qualifications of being a Chartered
Accountant, Insolvency Professional, and a certified Forensic Auditor. Atul's expertise lies in
recognizing the worth within distressed assets and discerning their potential for a
turnaround. This skill demands a blend of financial insight and strategic vision, allowing him
to uncover hidden opportunities within struggling businesses. Before joining NuOm, Atul

Swapnil Chandak
Swapnil, aged 45, a seasoned investment expert, serves as a financial advisor to High-Net-
Worth Individuals (HNIs), bringing over two decades of extensive experience in Investment
Advisory, Finance, and Insurance. His advisory services cater to a diverse clientele, including
both domestic and overseas clients, managing portfolios exceeding Rs.400 Crores.

Auditing including Management Audit, System Audit.
